Massage Chair - A Good Way For Improving The Postures And Relieving The Back Pains
I recently bought my elderly aunt a massage recliner chair for her birthday. She's got an awful back and wrong posture and regularly goes to the Chiropractic doctor for massages and correction of her posture. It has helped her tremendously as she is elderly and has an awful back, she doesn't get sufficient exercise as she ought to, this causes her to complain of still being inflexible when she gets back home from the chiropractor.

I purchased this chair for her mainly because I have warmed up seating in my car and she has said on several occasions that she likes the heat and it feels great on her back (it was this or some soap on a rope!) As soon as I got it to my flat and was able to wrap it - which was enjoyable - I took it over to her house on her birthday.
She nearly fainted at the sight of it simply because she assumed I had got her a fridge! After I had settled her down and she had unwrapped it (after the point she thought it was some sort of gaming chair or Lazeebot!), she was thrilled and immediately desired to turn it on and use it. The shiatsu massage chair which I purchased had several massage and heating settings. My aunt enjoys the pulsating configuring at a moderate to high heat.
Her chiropractic doctor has noticed an improvement in her posture and spine muscles - probably because she uses her massage chair every night while she sits in front of the TV! I will also purchase one for my own for sitting while watching my TV, not for improving posture or back aches, but for playing on my PS3! It's super comfortable, and I would recommend it for anyone, especially for an aunt's birthday!
